Folder 1 contains a description of the Long Range Development Plan for Barbuda, and one b&w print of the Master Plan. There are also 9 rough sketches of proposed island scenes on cardboard, as well as an envelope of 13 photos which appear to be of the final sketches. Folder 2 contains all the plan drawings for the island, including Existing Land Use, Proposed Staging, Planning Concept, Transportation, Proposed Land Use, Soil and Water, and Proposed Development Plan. 13 mylar sheets.
